Hi, I’m Kathy Davis

I’ve been active for as long as I can remember—from childhood bike rides and neighborhood sports to completing marathons, triathlons, and competing in bodybuilding. Fitness has always been part of my life, but my true wellness journey began in my late twenties when I discovered I had borderline high cholesterol.

That diagnosis was a turning point.

Like many people, I believed that staying active was enough. I rarely considered how my nutrition, sleep, and daily habits affected my overall health. It wasn’t until that moment that I realized true wellness requires a more complete approach.

That experience inspired me to change my lifestyle and deepen my understanding of health through professional certifications in group fitness, personal training, and health and wellness coaching.

Today, I help other women avoid the same struggles by providing practical guidance, accountability, and personalized coaching that creates lasting change.

My passion is helping women reclaim their strength, improve their health, and live fuller, more active lives. Too often, preventable health challenges make everyday moments climbing stairs, carrying groceries, traveling, or spending quality time with loved ones more difficult than they should be. 

Through personalized coaching focused on movement, mindful eating, restful sleep, and stress management, I empower women to build sustainable habits that support lasting wellness. Every coaching journey is tailored to your unique goals, providing the guidance, encouragement, and accountability you need to create meaningful, lifelong change.
